The Livingston Parish Library Board of Control is the governing body for the Livingston Parish Library system, and it is tasked with establishing the policies, rules, and regulations for the system’s operation.
Board members are appointed by the Livingston Parish Council and include residents from across Livingston Parish. Board members are appointed to five-year terms and may serve more than one term.
Regular library board meetings are held every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 6:00 p.m. CST and are open to the public.
